What is the difference between a server room and a datacenter?
A datacenter is a larger server room with redundant power, cooling and networking. For most SMEs, a well-designed server room (rack, UPS, cooling, monitoring) is enough. We size what your business actually needs.
Physical server or cloud?
It depends on your applications, your internet connection and your data constraints. Often the right answer is hybrid: an on-site server for business applications and Microsoft 365 for email. Migration is gradual and reversible.
What happens if a server fails?
With virtualization, disk redundancy and monitoring, the failure is detected before it stops anything and services restart on another host. The on-site manufacturer warranty covers hardware replacement.
Can you take over a server installed by another provider?
Yes. We start with an audit and an inventory, document what exists, then propose the necessary upgrades without redoing everything.
